Cancellation Policy for PRIME MRI MSK RADIOLOGY FELLOWSHIP

Thank you for choosing the PRIME MRI MSK Radiology Fellowship. Please carefully review our cancellation policy before proceeding with your registration.

• No Refund Policy:
  The PRIME MRI MSK Radiology Fellowship strictly adheres to a no-refund policy. Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, no amounts will be refunded, irrespective of the circumstances.
• Transfer of Enrollment:
  In the event that you are unable to participate in the online fellowship after enrolling, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session, subject to availability. A transfer fee may apply, and the request must be made at least 30 days before the originally scheduled fellowship start date.
• Substitute Participants:
  You have the option to designate a substitute participant if you are unable to attend. The substitute participant must meet eligibility criteria and be approved by the PRIME Program administration. Notification of substitution must be provided at least 30 days before the program start date.
• Cancellation by PRIME:
  In the unlikely event of PRIME canceling a program, participants will be given the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session. PRIME will notify the participants well in advance in the event of any unexpected cancellations.
• Force Majeure:
  PRIME shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• Cancellation Request Procedure:
  All cancellation, transfer, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the PRIME Program administration. The date of receipt of the written request will be used to determine eligibility for transfers or substitutions.
